  I ordered from here over a year ago. I had live crickets shipped to my house. They arrived and looked small compared to the same size bought from another company. So I went back to the other company. I decided to give this place another chance this week. I ordered my live crickets and chose "store pick up" for the shipping option. Why pay $13 for shipping when I can drive 25 minutes and pick them up? I'm good with directions, maps and have GPS. It said they are open 9am-4pm Tuesday through Friday for "store pick up." It gave an address too. Not much else mentioned on the website about it. So to me that means that I can pick up my order between those times, at that address. Nothing else was mentioned! So, I drive over to Owosso and use my GPS to find them once in that area. It takes me to an old brick building with very little signage to tell where the businesses are. I found the door marked 222 and walk up expecting a business office. Instead there is a sheet posted that says I'm at the wrong place. Huh? It is the correct address! So, they want "store pick up" customers to go completely around the building, which involves driving on more streets and going around more buildings. It leads you down a back alley basically, which is really torn up pavement (big pothole across one whole "lane" of the road.) You go to almost the end and there is a fenced dirt lot to drive into. No signs at all for this business. Two semi truck loading doors were open, still no signs. The order is just given to you there. It is NOT the customer friendly side of the building first of all! Why would you send customers back there, when there is a door with the address, where GPS takes you?! NONE of this was mentioned on the website! Not while processing my order on the website. Not in the email confirmation they sent me. Not in the shipping section of the website. I asked and was told people usually call to ask where to go and set up appointment times for pick up! What? When did this happen? Why was this not mentioned ANYWHERE when I ordered, got confirmation emailed, or in the shipping section?? Bad business. Bad customer service. Just bad. I am not ordering from Josh's Frogs again. For feeders or anything. I'm so not impressed. Too bad too, being local and all. I'll continue buying live crickets from LLL Reptile in California. Amazon has supplies. Breeders have animals for pets.
